Taken apart, these scriptures contain some daunting assignments! Be Not Anxious is based on my book by the same title. We are expected to access these scriptural promises in the midst of a world full of fear, disappointment and pain. It can be difficult bringing your emotions into alignment with God’s promises. In this course, we explore some “funky, foolish and otherwise fabulous ways of feeling” and how to tame them using Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping). This is a wonderful skill that can calm us down, redirect and reinforce thoughts of goodness and that I also use in Ketogenic Lifestyle Coaching to help clients manage cravings and fear of failure. In this course, we also explore some additional skills and techniques for pulling down strongholds against your freedom.
